Privacy Policy

1 - General

The Personal Data Protection Act "LPDP" and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, "GDPR" ensure the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

Throughout this Privacy Policy document the terms user, consumer and customer are used interchangeably and have the same meaning.

 

2 - Processing and responsibility

The registered trademark PERFESSO and the domain www.perfesso.com are fully owned and managed by GSCA – CONSULTING LDA, with registered office in Av. D. Afonso Henriques, 4450-012 Matosinhos, Porto, Portugal, with tax number: PT516320580, hereinafter referred to as PERFESSO, by reference to the trademark it owns.

The processing of personal data from registration on the website, organization, storage, until its deletion is the responsibility of PERFESSO, as identified above.

Browsing the website www.perfesso.com and registering as a customer presupposes understanding and acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

 

3 - Collected information

PERFESSO collects information in two distinct contexts:

- Anonymous data is stored while the personal data owner visits digital platforms, with the aim of improving their functioning, including optimizing and prioritizing content.

- Personal data is voluntarily provided by the owner when deciding to register on the website, subscribe to the newsletter, place an order, or fill out a contact form. This information is processed automatically, and the personal data owner's information is collected and securely managed.

The owner of personal data is the individual to whom the data pertains and who uses and/or has used digital platforms and/or services of PERFESSO. The owner of personal data can exercise the following rights:

PERFESSO collects information according to the following:

a) Information voluntarily provided in certain parts of the website, namely, website registration, placing an order, newsletter subscription, or filling out contact forms.

b) For 10 years: data necessary for reporting to the Tax Authority.

PERFESSO retains user’s personal data, always in accordance with the law, guidelines, as applicable, until the user exercises the right of objection, the right to be forgotten, or revoke the consent.
